Clarity Breathwork (formerly known as Rebirthing) is a powerful process of healing and transformation. Most of us don’t breathe fully, we hold back the breath and have been doing so most of our lives. When we start to breathe fully and consciously, we are easily able to release what we have been holding and open to an incredible expansion of consciousness, including greater forgiveness and self-love. Julie King is a consummate healer; drawing on years of experience in multiple modalities. Ms.King is a Clarity breathwork certified practitioner and a professional member of the Global Breathwork Practitioner Alliance founder of Trans Breath™. Member of ICRT - Usui-Karuna Holy Fire III Master Teacher. Drevs Ayurveda school mentor. Hypnotherapist, life coach, crystal healer, and biofield psychologist. Julie has travelled the world and taught workshops in Bali, Turkey, Mexico, Sweden, and around the US.
Julie is known for her angelic voice that she uses intentionally for guiding, assisting, singing, toning and healing. Her deep passion for facilitating conscious breathwork and sound meditations creates a safe and nurturing space for everyone to relax and heal.
Julie began her breathwork journey in 2000 while studying opera vocal performance and world music at Cal Arts. She then began exploring different techniques, becoming an expert in Holotropic Breathwork, Alexander Breathing Technique, and Tao of Breath. During her successful singer-songwriter career she began experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression. She soon turned to conscious breathwork and found a new profound tool that she began using for her own self healing. In 2012 Julie traveled to Thailand and studied with Tibetan monks. It is there when she leads her first conscious breathwork seminar in combination with sound bath and meditation.
