Vinyasa Yoga w/ Sofia Korniak
Vinyasa Yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Class feature elements of traditional Hatha yoga-including sun salutations, standing postures and inversions. This moving form of mediation will help practitioners to build strength, flexibility and also reduce stress, anxiety.

Sofia Korniak RYT-200 yoga teacher
Sofia was born in Moscow, Russia and start to practice yoga in 2015 in Bali, Indonesia. Traveling and practicing Yoga all over the world (India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Thailand), she has discovered mostly all of its schools and teaching methods and developed her own unique style. In her practice, she pays maximum attention to the technique of performing asanas, correct breathing (pranayama), and also build deep and trusting relationships with each student.
She’s also a Vedic Thai Yoga bodywork therapist.
